Tuck & Ella, The Golden Retriever Twins (2024)

Tuck & Ella are twin Golden Retrievers pups and unofficial members of The PAW Patrol. They were created by Andy GuerdatandSteve Sullivan in their debut episode, "Mighty Pups, Super PAWS: Pups Meet The Mighty Twins". Before their introduction, the names "Junior" and "Rosie" were also considered, but lost in a viewer's choice voting poll. They are the first dogs in PAW Patrol to be siblings and the first time the show had more than one dog of the same breed.

Reception

The twins have received a positive reception from fans. Fans have praised them for their fun attitudes and love for eachother. Although despite this, the addition to adding new pups have been heavenly criticized and accused for lack of development towards the original team including the lacking development of it's most popular characters, Everest and Tracker(who were absent from meeting the twins with the others). Other criticism also includes them only appearing in Mighty Pups episodes and being more interest in going after Ladybird instead of wanting to hang out with The PAW Patrol Gang, and not having Ella spent any girl time with Everest & Skye.
