How do I enroll in Wells Fargo Online® Bill Pay with Quicken?
- Enroll in Wells Fargo Online if you haven’t done so already.
- Open your Quicken software.
- Select Wells Fargo as your Financial Institution.
- Type in your Wells Fargo Online username and password.
How far in advance should I schedule bill payments with Quicken®?
When making a bill payment with Quicken from a Wells Fargo account, you should schedule your payment at least four business days before you want your payee to receive payment. To schedule a payment, enter the date you want the payee to receive your payment. This is the same date that funds will be withdrawn from your account.
Which accounts can I use to pay my bills?
To use Bill Pay with Quicken, you must designate one of your Wells Fargo checking accounts to fund payments.

Which software version do I need to enroll in Wells Fargo Online Bill Pay with Quicken?
For Windows and Mac, we support the current version of Quicken, plus the prior two years. Access supported software to determine if your version of Quicken software is retiring or has already retired.
What is the cutoff time for scheduling transfers and Bill Pay payments?
- The transfers cutoff time is 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Transfers made after the cutoff time will be posted to your account on the next business day.
- The Bill Pay cutoff time is 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
How do I cancel my Wells Fargo Quicken service?
To cancel your Quicken service, you will need to contact a Wells Fargo Online Customer Service representative at 1-800-956-4442.
Note: Canceling the Wells Fargo Direct Connect service does not remove your data from your computer. Your Wells Fargo Direct Connect data that has been previously connected to Quicken or QuickBooks must be separately removed or deleted, which is your responsibility.
