How to Contact Support | Quicken Simplifi Help Center (2024)

From experiencing an issue connecting to one of your banks to asking a question on how something in the program works, or even for assistance with your first-time setup, Quicken Simplifi's amazing Coaches have got you covered!

There are a few different ways you can easily contact our Support Team!

Access Support through the Web App

You can access Quicken Simplifi Support directly from the Quicken Simplifi Web App by hovering over the panel on the left-hand side and selecting Help Center:

Access Support through the Mobile App

You can access Quicken Simplifi Support directly from the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App by selecting Help from the Menu icon located at the upper left of the Dashboard, or by selecting Help Center from the Profile icon located at the upper right of the Dashboard:

Access Support from the Help Site

You can also easily access Quicken Simplifi Support straight from our Help Site by selecting the blue Chat icon located in the bottom right of the screen:

Quicken Simplifi currently offers Chat, Phone, and Community Support options. Our Chat Support hours are seven days a week from 5 am - 5 pm PST. Phone Support is available Monday - Friday.

Although we don't offer a direct phone number for Phone Support, you can speak with a Support Agent by entering your phone number and selecting "Call Me" from the Help Center widget. If a Coach isn't available, or if it's outside of our business hours, you'll be asked to leave a voicemail and someone will call you back as soon as possible.

For Chat Support, you can reach out to us at any time, and if it's outside of our Support hours, we'll follow up with you as soon as we return. You'll be able to access replies to your inquiries, as well as previous interactions with our Support Team by selecting "Messages" from the Help Center widget.

The Quicken Simplifi Community is another excellent resource! Here, you can receive user-to-user assistance, make feature requests, provide feedback to the Quicken Simplifi Team, follow Alerts for known issues, and work with some of Quicken Simplifi's agents.
