@Connie Friedl - You do not need to do anything if you do not want to renew your subscription, except to make sure you have disabled automatic renewal in your online Quicken.com account. When your subscription expires it will automatically become manual-only mode.
You do, however, need to decide whether or not you can tolerate having the banners that will take up a large part of your screen that @splasher mentioned. If you are not sure about this, you might want to consider allowing your subscription to expire so you can see exactly what the banners will look like. Then if you find it is acceptable, you do not need to do anything….just keep using it manually with the banners in place. Or if you find it to be not acceptable, you can then resubscribe and the banners will go away.
As mentioned earlier, there is no way to remove those banners except by renewing the subscription.
If you do not want those banners and since you do not want/need all the features of Premier you might want to consider downgrading your subscription to either Deluxe or perhaps even Starter which are less expensive editions than Premier (Premier = $83.88; Deluxe = $59.88; Starter = $41.88).

Note: If you do downgrade to Starter edition, you will need to renew every year because if Starter is not renewed it becomes read-only. But maybe you will find Starter to be all that you need and at a price that is more acceptable to you.
