You can change your photo and information for yourwork or school accountin Outlook on the web by selecting your name or profile picture at the top of the page.
Change your profile photo

At the top of the page, select your name or profile picture

In theMy accountpane,select your profile picture.

In the Change your photo dialog, select Upload a new photo.

Choose a photo to upload and select Apply.
Note:Your new photo will appear the next time you sign in to Microsoft 365.
Change your account information

At the top of the page, select your name or profile picture.

Select My account.
-
Select Personal info.
-
Change or add information about yourself.
