The QR code is a physical card the size of a credit card and is only provided by AT&T or Verizon, not Samsung. (At this time, the QR code is not included in the box with the smart watch.) You cannot obtain a QR code online or via email. You must contact AT&T or Verizon to obtain a QR code card.
A QR code scanner will pop up in your phone. On the watch, go to the Settings and select QR code for pairing.Now scan the QR code on your watch through your phone. Your watch is now set and ready to use.
