Ordered quite some items from this company only to find out that they were cheap quality and not true to size. My true problem, however, deals with two specific items. One item was not true to the advertised color at all (a dull gray-green rather than dark green as shown on the website). The other item -- a breastfeeding top -- doesn't even cover my breasts when worn normally!To make matters worse, I have tried filing a product quality complaint using their website but the page never submits. Lastly, I have noticed that some enthusiastic reviewers on this site and others have used the same very specific wording, which has made me question their positive experience, and in agreeing to write this review I got a message from sitejabber stating that this company has been known to offer "discounts, coupons or other compensation in exchange for reviews." Do not trust that your experience will be better than mine!

Ordered from this site multiple times and every single time my daughter had to wait a whole year to wear that one outfit because it was to big a 12-18 months should not fit like a 2-3T it makes no sense

This is literally the only thing we don't want to compromise with when buying an outfit for a newborn. After reading multiple reviews I went ahead and bought 6 outfits, (onesies, woollen clothes, 100 % cotton labelled one) for my nephew n imagine my embarrassment when all of them came out looking like flimsy rags with faded print.
I ordered for the us to be delivered in Seattle n from India (paid in Rs) do I don't know where it got delivered from but I was so disappointed especially when the pics of the clothes they have put is so good looking.
I'm never buying from here again.

I ABSOLUTELY love Patpat! I love the styles and designs of the clothes. I love the quality of the clothes sold here. However, my only complaint is that there are NO OPTIONS for larger men. Please, please, please start making 3x and 4x sizes for the men. It breaks my heart that I can only buy matching clothes for my daughter and I. There are no options for my husband to be able to match us because he wears a 3x. Please be more inclusive. Thanks!

Trash junk crap sizes are not accurate. Meant to fit tiny people and not real sized ones. Bought family set for very thin daughter and her very thin husband and very thin children. They were scratchy, did not fit-too tight. My daughter was appalled. I hope no one else is taken in by this site. Good luck reaching anyone. I am going to contest this purchase as fraud. I paid a real price. I live in the US and so does my daughter with her family.
They say they will send confirming order, they didn't, but they certainly charged my credit card. I am going to contest this.

I ordered a coat for my 2 year old on the 9th of October. I was supposed to get it by the 20th A. K. A today and it's still "according to tracking 2,800and some miles away and UPS is still waiting for it to come. This was through Walmart so I assumed it would make it. Still waiting with no word. I'm pissed and my baby is cold.

Canadian Buyers Beware! I just made a purchase on the Pat Pat Canada site, the total was $275 however the company charged my Credit Card $384. When I inquired about the additional charge the agent to me "We charged you in US Dollars when you made your purchase. The amount you saw online is just an estimated amount when converted to your country's currency based on the previously recorded exchange rate since you need to pay your order in your country's rate value"... No where on the site does it say that you will be charged in American Dollars. This is very misleading and should be addressed by the company!

Awful company.
I received summer clothes made of polyester very hot. They didn't fit right so I tried to return. I had paid with prepaid Visa that was thrown out so they would not refund me in any other way. Completely unreasonable. They are not human just a computer telling you the same thing over and over and giving a dam. They essentially stole my money.

I did some digging, and I found that PatPat provided very vague answers to journalists regarding the conditions of its workers. I have purchased for the last couple of years PatPat for our family for Christmas. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but never again. If you are ordering you best get 1 to 2 sizes larger than you normally wear. Pants are somewhat cut small but the XL shirt in Women's is like a medium. Also the material is very rayon/polyester and seems very hot even in winter. Not comfortable. They have a big variety and size choice but I am going to start early and try to find something that has some cotton that is somewhere absorbent and cooler. I have been disappointed for the last time.

Quality of the fabric is really great, stitches are clean. Fit can be improved, but that is expected if you're catering to people of various sizes. Customer service I received from Crystal regarding a fit issue was promptly and satisfactorily resolved. Would recommend this site.

So those of you who had similar problem with mine such as long delivery, please contact with the customer service and wait for their response. Probably needless to say that you can track via post company website. I did the same but for some reason started doubting about everything once the time crossed one months frame! Also I ordered things for special occasion. This all affected my patience and I started contacting customer service team. They tried their best to support me. Anyway, today I had received my parcel and was very glad. So now I have no doubt they are NO SCAM. I think the customs clearance took long time. Maybe due to current border issues. I hope this will be sorted soon. And yes, I was quite satisfied with the quality of the clothes. Everything is just the way they are on PatPat app.

I have ordered clothes for my baby back in 17 July. I knew there might be delays, so I ordered well ahead of baby's birthday! Today it's 4 September and still no package! I had set the decorations and his arriving clothes were supposed to be matching. I had contacted more than two times via contact us section. One time they returned saying my package is moving, then I followed up again and they said they will send my complaint to their logistics team. I wrote again if there is any update. But no response ever since! I have no idea if my package will ever reach me and in anyway it won't be that special... I would appreciate if they will let me know if it is not within their power to deliver my order and return my money back to me. My patpat order number PAT-*******
