@OptimumHelp I think the point I made about reaching out and speaking to multiple agents was missed! I also sent a dm with my account information almost 30 minutes ago. My patience with this foolishness is really running thin. Stop promising to help and actually do something about it.

Just an update: 14 days later @OptimumHelp did not fix my Wi-Fi in #Brooklyn, their techs did not show up twice to the appointment that we scheduled and it does not care at all of its customers because it knows it is the only company of the area. #Shame. #TuesdayThoughts #Optimum

@OptimumHelp on jan 2nd a service technician from optimum on a phone conversion from verizon never checked to see that my elderly parent's phone worked. He also never connected phone to modem and cable from phone to jack was broken. Never reconnected answering machine. Terrible!!

.@optimum 3 months and 250.00 later, you can’t seem to correct an optimumID issue. I’ve spoken to over 15 reps in foreign countries and to 5 technicians all who don’t know what they are doing. end of this month, or it’s on to @verizonfios

@optimum, we would really like an explanation as to why our router, which is the same one we’ve always had, is now telling us every twenty minutes that we need to register our new router (which is not new) to our account. Your customer service reps have not been helpful.

@mezzoni28 @optimum @verizonfios I had to do the same. Here’s the thing though if you have optimum online you are able to get optimum WiFi anywhere in the city where it’s available but because we can’t log in, we are technically paying for a service we aren’t receiving... 😡 #cancelOptimum

@OptimumHelp @njnewsroom I moved out of your service area. I’ve been trying to cancel my service since Apr 12th. I’ve talked to 9 agents. I returned the equipment. I keep getting billed and no one will help. @optimum is trying to force me to pay for extra months. HELP!!
