If you're trying to download the Netflix app from the Play Store and get this message:
Your device isn't compatible with this version.
It means your Android device might not meet the Google Play Store requirements for downloading the Netflix app.
To fix the problem:
Check your device's Play Protect status
Open the Play Store app. In the upper right, tap your Profile icon. Tap Settings > About. Under Play Protect certification, check your device's certification status. If you see Device is certified, contact us for more help. If your device isn't certified, you'll need to use a supported device to watch Netflix.
