How to Make Beefy Hearty Beans in an Instant Pot
Aunt Lou here.
We absolutely love our Crock Pot Beefy Hearty Beans recipe. However, sometimes I forget to put things on in the morning. Anyone else have that problem? With this recipe, you don’t have to soak your beans and it only has a 60 minute cook time! So it is perfect for when you have forgotten to soak your beans or you just don’t want to! 😉 I couldn’t believe how wonderfully the beans turned out with no soaking and an hour of cooking. They are so delicious!

Hi, will canned beans work too?

Aunt Lou says
Hi Brenda!I haven’t tried this recipe with canned beans. If you do, you will want to adjust the ingredients to account for the extra liquid and adjust the cooking time. If you give it a try, let me know what changes you made and how it goes!

Hi! Quick question on this one…since it’s in the Instant Pot do I still need to soak the beans overnight? Just wondering if this is just a boo boo in the instructions. 😊
