Insert icons in Microsoft 365 (2024)

You can insert iconsinto Microsoft 365 documents. You canrotate, color, and resize them with no loss of image quality. These icons are free to use and there's no royalty or copyright to worry about.

  1. Select Insert > Icons.

  2. Scroll through the icons or jump to a category by choosing a name in the navigation pane at the left. You can also search by using the box near the top left corner.

  3. Choose an icon and then selectInsert at the lower right.

  4. Rotate, color, and resize your icon. You can read more about editingimages in Microsoft Office 365.

    Tip:Want to quickly change the color of your icon? Right-click your icon, choose Fill, and select the color you want.

  1. Select Insert > Icons.

  2. Scroll through the icons, search by using keywords, or browse by category (the names under the Search box).

  3. Choose an icon and then selectInsert at the lower right.

Insert an icon

  1. Click anywhere on the slide.

  2. Select More options (...).

  3. Select Home > Insert > Icons.

  4. Scroll through the icons or jump to a category by clicking a name in the navigation pane at the left.

  5. Choose an icon and then tap Insert at the lower right.

In the Microsoft 365 web apps, inserting icons is only available in PowerPoint.

  1. Select Insert > Icons.

  2. Use the Search box near the top left corner to look for the icon you want or browse by scrolling.
