inform = present tense.
informed = past tense.
Why the second one is correct.
You mean the verb after keep can not use present tense.

Do you mean the verb after "keep" [STRIKE]can not[/STRIKE] cannot [STRIKE]use[/STRIKE] be in the present tense?
