Although the Council of Architecture has established fees and charges for professional architects, an architect may charge differently for different architectural services.
Architect charges in India may vary depending on their experience, the size of the project, and their level of involvement.
Who is an Architect
Architects are specialists that are properly qualified and trained to design buildings and structures. Architects are largely responsible for the design and layout of new construction projects. They can also assist with the renovation and redevelopment of an existing residential or commercial structure. They apply their knowledge and drawing talents to create space-efficient buildings that are safe, functional, efficient, and attractive.
