I was informed that if I purchased a mattress and used a mattress protector, it would be covered under the 100-day sleep satisfaction guarantee. However, when I attempted to exchange it six weeks later, I was denied because it was sold "as is." This contradicts what I was initially told, which was witnessed and recorded by the store manager. Despite this, the regional manager refused to discuss the matter with me or honor the exchange.

I just bought a couch from the lead selling manager Ryan Boese and he was awesome to deal with. He wasn't pushy and was able find us the perfect sectional for our price range.

I just purchased a fabulous couch at Ashley's today. It was a great experience. No pressure and I was given five star service with a knowledgeable and informative expert. Ryan was the best! I can't say enough good things about my experience and his professionalism yet so down to earth demeanor. I am looking forward to my new sofa arriving soon. Actually the couch could come next week but I have to find a new home for my current couch. I highly recommend Ashley's in Abbotsford. I will be a future customer without any hesitation.

Absolutely the most unprofessional customer service I have experienced yet. I will give credit to the product, it is reasonable for the price. But the customer service is well below reasonable.After purchasing a considerable amount of furniture, I had an issue with not being sold the correct pieces to put a bed together. When I called to ask if it was needed and if I could buy it the representative gave me a price, told he would call back on delivery and never ever called me back again, wouldn’t return messages, when I went into the store I was told someone would contact me and nothing! After I complained to head office, still they did not contact to sell me the piece I needed. I actually ended up purchasing it else where for more because of how I was treated. So as their product is resonable to the customer service is terrible enough I’m happy to pay extra to go else.
