Get ready for a global spectacle! The FIFA World Cup 2026 draw is set to be a star-studded event, promising a thrilling preview of the world's biggest soccer tournament. This is where the drama begins, folks!
The excitement kicks off in Washington, D.C., with supermodel Heidi Klum and comedian Kevin Hart taking the stage as co-hosts at the prestigious Kennedy Center. Joining them will be actor-producer Danny Ramirez.
Coverage of this momentous event, which determines the group stage matchups for all 48 participating teams, including the U.S. men's national team, along with co-hosts Mexico and Canada, begins with a live pre-show at 11:30 AM ET on Friday, December 5th, exclusively on FOX.
But that's not all! The event will feature a lineup of musical performances, including the legendary Andrea Bocelli, the iconic Village People, and Robbie Williams, who will be joined by the award-winning Nicole Scherzinger.
Heidi Klum, who previously participated in the 2006 tournament draw in Germany, expressed her excitement, stating, "To be hosting the final draw again, after having been involved in this show 20 years ago in my home country, is truly extraordinary. The World Cup brings the world together like nothing else, and being part of that magic again, on an even bigger stage involving three host countries and 48 teams, is an incredible honor."
Danny Ramirez, who grew up playing soccer, shared his enthusiasm, saying, "As someone who grew up playing football, getting to co-host the draw and meet and speak with World Cup legends at such a high-profile event is a dream. With this tournament coming to the United States, where I was born, and Mexico, where some of my roots lie, it is even more special–and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of this show."
The draw itself will take place from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM ET. Immediately following the draw, FOX will continue its live coverage until 3:00 PM ET, providing instant analysis, reactions, and interviews.
Leading the broadcast will be FOX Sports' veteran sportscasters Rob Stone and Jenny Taft, alongside former U.S. men's team stars and acclaimed analysts Alexi Lalas and Stu Holden.
And this is the part most people miss... The draw sets the stage for months of anticipation, speculation, and excitement. It's the moment when dreams are made and rivalries are born.
