    Christoph Kahl is one of the two founding partners of Jamestown, headquartered in Atlanta. Mr. Kahl also founded Jamestown US-Immobilien GmbH in Cologne, Germany. Residing in Cologne and frequently traveling to the United States, Mr. Kahl serves as Principal of both sister companies. As Chairman of the company’s investment committee, Mr. Kahl leads the acquisition, asset management, and disposition discussions. Mr. Kahl received the Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Cologne in 1977 and has specialized in US real estate for more than 40 years.

    Matt M. Bronfman

    Matt Bronfman is a Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of Jamestown. Mr. Bronfman joined the company in 1998 as General Counsel and in 2002 was named Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. He became CEO in 2012, and is responsible for managing Jamestown’s global operations and overseeing corporate strategy and execution. Under Mr. Bronfman’s leadership, Jamestown has grown its portfolio of assets in the US and expanded into Latin America and Europe. Mr. Bronfman has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has led the acquisition, redevelopment, and oversight for projects including Chelsea Market in New York City, Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Industry City in Brooklyn, the Innovation and Design Building in Boston, and Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Bronfman practiced law at Holland & Knight. He currently serves on the boards for the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE), the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, the Metro Atlanta Chamber, the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, and the Jewish Funders Network. Mr. Bronfman also serves as President of the board of directors for the Jamestown Charitable Foundation, which supports non-profits to help make cities more enjoyable places to live and work. He has been recognized as a leader in the industry and is a recipient of the Real Estate Roundtable President’s Circle Award; New York Observer’s 100 Most Powerful People in New York Real Estate in 2013 and 2015; Commercial Observer’s The Power 100: Commercial Real Estate’s Most Powerful Players 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019; Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Most Admired CEO in 2017; 2019’s 100 Most Influential Georgians by Georgia Trend; and Atlanta Magazine’s Top 500 Most Powerful Leaders of 2019. Mr. Bronfman graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Tufts University in Boston and attended law school at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, graduating magna cum laude.

    Chris Kopecky is the Chief Financial Officer of Jamestown. Mr. Kopecky is a CPA and began his career in Public Accounting spending nine years with Arthur Andersen and three years with Ernst & Young. He was a Senior Manager in their business advisory practices, serving publicly traded and privately held clients in the real estate and financial services industries. In 2005, he became the Chief Accounting Officer at Edens, a leading owner, operator and developer of retail real estate in Columbia, South Carolina. At Edens, he oversaw all aspects of accounting, forecasting, tax, treasury and investor reporting. Mr. Kopecky graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. He has also completed executive coursework at Harvard Business School and is a member of the Finance Committee of The Westminster Schools in Atlanta.

He serves on the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, the Covenant House Real Estate Executive Committee, and is a member of the Partnership for New York City’s 2022 class of David Rockefeller Fellows.

Ms. Pfeiffenberger is the past Chairman of the Board of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, and has been involved with the Urban Land Institute Responsible Property Investing Council and the Green Building Advisory Committee for the New York Academy of Sciences. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and completed an executive leadership program at IMD in Switzerland.

He is affiliated with the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Association of Office & Industrial Properties. Mr. Presswala earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Finance from Vanderbilt University.
