Check Subscription Status (2024)

Please follow the steps below to check if your subscription auto renewal is canceled or not.

For iOS users:

1. Go to phone Settings
2. ClickiTunes & App Store
3. ClickApple ID at top of screen
4. ClickView Apple ID
5. Click Subscriptions
6. Clickdesired app
7. View subscription status

• Note:If there is a Cancel Subscription button, that means your subscription is active; Otherwise, that means your subscription auto renewal hasbeen already canceled. You can see the renewal date or expired date there.

For Android users:

Method 1:

1. Go to phone Settings
2. ClickGoogle
3. ClickManage your Google Account
4. ClickPayments & subscriptions
5. ClickManage subscriptions
6. Click desired subscription

Method 2:

1. Log inGoogle Accounton a desktop
2. ClickPayments & subscriptions
3. ClickManage subscriptions
4. Click desired subscription
