Blast Through 2023 Incentive for New Representatives
Campaigns 1-6, 2023 (January 4-March 28)
Earn up to 30% commission (5% additional bonus) on your Beauty sales when you sell $100 or more per campaign and start earning your free product collections when you hit $500 in sales during the incentive period.

All New Representatives who sign up in Campaigns 1-6 are eligible in the campaign in which they signed up and are guaranteed 8 full campaigns thereafter.

Achieve a minimum of $100+ in cumulative Award Sales within the campaign and earn an additional 5% Bonus on Beauty category items.
Bonus paid on Beauty, Jewelry & Watch sales only. Fashion & Home Items are excluded.
All orders count towards Award Sales, including Direct Delivery & Sales Centers.

The additional 5% bonus will be paid out at the end of each campaign and paid through Avon Wallet. You must have an Avon Wallet account to redeem cash bonus.

First off, you’ll get 25% off your own orders of $40+ of beauty products (that includes makeup, skin care, personal care, health and wellness and more) as an Avon Representative, and you’ll earn 25% commission on beauty orders of $40+ from customers.
Getting paid is simple. You’ll get most of your earnings — from your online store orders, bonuses, incentive pay-outs, account credits, etc. — paid quickly and easily through the Avon Wallet payment portal.
For orders you deliver, your commissions are based on the difference between the discounted amount you pay and the full price your customer pays you. For example, you sell a lipstick to a customer for $10.00. If your commission level is 40%, you pay Avon $6.00, plus tax, and the rest is your profit.
A Leader is a successful Avon Representative who will share their tips and guidance and give you extra support to help you succeed.
If you want to sign up to join the team of someone who invited you, just enter their name or referral code during your sign-up. If you don’t know their referral code and their name doesn’t come up, please reach out to them to get their code.
If you don’t want to sign up under someone, no worries — it’s not required. Just leave the field blank and the company may assign you to a mentor later.
Order as often as you want, whenever you want! Our most successful Representatives place orders each campaign (every two weeks), as well as share their online store link for 24/7 sales and commissions. To keep your account active and to stay up-to-date, we suggest placing an order in each campaign.
