  • Entry fees

  • Fees

Daily fees – Most fees in Amboseli national park are daily fees meaning they are for single entry expiring after 24 hours and paid daily.

Corporate pass – these fees are only granted to utility providers with installation in Kenya Wildlife Services managed parks and reserves.

  • Category/status of the tourists

Citizens – are individuals with citizenship in Kenya and East African countries that are Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda, for verification a valid passport and national IDs from their respective country is required.

Residents – are international individuals working and residing in Kenya and East African community member countries, as proof these individuals are required to present proper documents from the immigration office and valid working permit.

Non- residents – are international individuals not living or working in Kenya, as proof they are required to present passports.

Children – are individuals visiting Amboseli national park aged from 3 years to 18 years.

Student – are individuals with maximum age of 23 years old from recognized education institution (private or public) visiting Amboseli national park for education purposes, students trip has to be organized by the school administration which has to send a letter to the Kenya Wildlife Services 2 weeks prior to the trip. the two weeks are need by the park autjority to authorize student rates.

Mode of payment: While making payments at Aberdares national park various modes of payment are possible and these include Mpesa, Visa Card, Direct deposits to KWS bank accounts and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
